Mortgage mode of DNP

Because different non-standard assets vary in target groups, market size, and risk levels, there are 2 different approaches for collateralized loan in DNP:

First, the Crowd-Lending method is adopted for assets with relatively low turnover rate, and the asset mortgage interest under this mode is relatively high.

Second, the automatic Pool-Lending method for high turnover assets, in which the asset mortgage interest is relatively low.

The turnover rate of NSA will be determined by DNP node voting.
