DNP Economic Model

Through smart contract,DNP has achieved the divestiture of asset ownership, use rights, and earning rights within the product. It means that based on DNP asset holders can simultaneously acquire cash flow such as loan fund (via DNP), rental income (via Lease).

The typical features of non-standard assets include their scarcity and their attributes as an investment or collectible. However, its nature determines that it is not smooth for trading, and many non-standard assets cannot be used for frequent trading. Therefore, DNP believe that the best way to unleash the value of non-standard assets is to employ them as collaterals for borrowing and leasing.

The holders (lenders) of NSA, platform investors and the lessees of NSA together constitute the whole DNP economic ecology. The platform will meet the liquidity demands of NSA holders, the income demands of investors and the use demands of NSA lessees.
